LINC FACILITY SERVICES ACQUIRES MORSE MEDICAL

Washington, D.C. - February 4, 2008 - Linc Facility Services®, LLC (LFS) and its family of companies today announced it has acquired Morse Medical, Inc., the largest independent clinical technology maintenance and management service organization in the Pacific Northwest. The acquisition is part of an aggressive growth strategy by LFS to strengthen its healthcare service portfolio, and accelerate the expansion of its geographic footprint. LFS is a business unit of The Linc Group®, LLC.
